I’m Nikki, your business’s legal partner

Before opening my own firm, I served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Apotheco Pharmacy Group (APG) for almost 10 years. With my background in tax law, I was also appointed the Chief Financial Officer of APG from 2015 to 2019 before successfully managing the nine-figure sale of the majority share of APG to a private equity firm.

During my in-house career, I focused on successfully interpreting federal, state, and local laws and regulatory concerns while delivery strategic solutions to legal, compliance and business issues. My practice is broad in scope and I have extensive experience handling significant transactions whether it’s a merger or acquisition. As an investor and accountant, I have a history of serving as a collaborative business partner and advocate in the start-up and private equity space. Since 2018, my consulting company, Baniewicz Consulting LLC, has provided clients with prudent HR, tax, financial, business advice in a variety of industries including retail, healthcare, logistics and CPG. Most of my career has centered around continual risk assessment, legal updates, development of comprehensive policies and procedures, due diligence, finance, compliance training, navigating employment issues, contractual obligations, internal investigations and auditing and monitoring.

I have seen first-hand how expensive the legal market has become and wanted to create Baniewicz Law to provide quality legal services at an affordable price point.
